Design your Chatbot.

Learn how to use FireChatbot's Designer Widget to fit your Chatbot perfectly into your brand ecosystem and give it the final touch.

Designer Widget

FireChatbot comes with a powerful Designer Widget, that can be used to further improve your Chatbot's design and fit it perfectly to your brand's identity. You can access it from within your Dashboard or directly from the FireChatbot Home Page. Here are some tips and tricks to help you get started.

Change Font Settings

Access Font Settings via the Gear Button next to the Title Input to customize the font family, styles (bold, italic, underline), color, size, and add text shadow to the title.

Edit FAQ Links

You can add three FAQ links to your Chatbot by navigating to the "Advanced" section and clicking into the pre-filled FAQ links inside the FAQ area. These links can be used to make your users aware of certain offers or to guide them to certain pages on your website.

Custom Hero Teaser

In order to upload a custom image as the Hero Teaser Image of your Chatbot, navigate to the second first image in the Hero Teaser Image Gallery and click on the Camera Button. You can then upload your custom image. You can also choose a custom color as your hero teaser by clicking the pipette icon on the right side of the background image navigator.

Change Chatbot Button

Move to the "Advanced" Section on the Designer widget and press on the "Open Chatbot" button to change the color and icon.

Change Action Button

Press on the Action Button in the Advanced section to change the button behavior from opening a link to sending a message or openening a contact form and change the button text. You can also choose to not display the Action Button at all.

How do I implement my FireChatbot with a Content Security Policy?

Do I need to adapt my Terms of Use after I implemented my FireChatbot?

No, you don't have to adapt your Terms of Use after you have implemented your chatbot. FireChatbot comes with integrated Terms of Use, which are fully GDPR compliant and guarantee compliant use.

Which data is stored where?

Knowledge Base

  • Stores the knowledge, that your Chatbot uses to answer questions
  • Activated every time a user asks a question
  • Stores website texts & custom text documents
  • Provides infinite storage for every Chatbot

Analytics Database

  • Stores quantitative & qualitative Analytics data, that is displayed inside the Dashboard
  • Activated every time a User visits your website
  • Stores URL, referer, location of the user and counts visits & chatbot activations
  • Stores chats along with sentiment analysis
  • Does not generate any IDs or user profiles

Which AI models is FireChatbot using?

FireChatbot automatically routes a user's question to the AI model, that is best suited to answer it. This process is dependent on the modality of the question (text, audio or image), as well as the complexity. FireChatbot uses GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini, OpenAI Realtime API & Open Source models like Nvidia's Nemotron.

All models are hosted on our own servers in Germany, either via Azure OpenAI Services or directly via Azure.
